Nathalie Germain serves as the President of Guardian Management and Property Investments (“Guardian”) and is a Licensed Managing Broker with Breakthrough Realty. With over ten years of experience in project management and process improvement across the non-profit, healthcare, and real estate sectors, she has played a pivotal role in Guardian’s growth. Since joining in 2017, Mrs. Germain has more than tripled the company’s portfolio under management.

Mrs. Germain leads the acquisition of real estate investments, conducts financial analyses, and manages property closing transactions. Additionally, she oversees the comprehensive management of Guardian’s real estate portfolio, which includes budgeting, reporting, construction oversight, leasing, and property management.

Jozlyn Matthews, our dynamic Real Estate Coordinator, is dedicated to ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service for our tenants. She is a seasoned professional with a passion for customer service, organizational management, and administrative support.

Jozlyn’s responsibilities include, but not limited to, deal sourcing, acquisitions analysis, maintenance coordination and tenant relations. With a keen eye for detail and problem-solving, Jozlyn thrives in the fast-paced world of real estate.

Jozlyn attended Chicago State University and begun her career in real estate in 2024. Her diverse educational and professional foundation equips her with a unique blend of technical knowledge and practical skills, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Saul Curtis serves as a Business Analyst for Guardian Management and Property Investments, playing a crucial role in the company's financial strategy and operational efficiency. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, he ensures the integrity of our financial operations and provides the critical insights that support our growth.

Saul’s responsibilities include the evaluation and implementation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline processes. He manages key accounting services for both client and Guardian portfolios, prepares comprehensive financial statements, and conducts strategic data analysis to ensure our business activities align with the company's long-term goals. Saul's analytical acumen makes him a vital asset to the Guardian team.
