Meet the Team

Nathalie Germain serves as the President of Guardian Management and Property Investments (“Guardian”) and is a Licensed Managing Broker with Breakthrough Realty. With over ten years of experience in project management and process improvement across the non-profit, healthcare, and real estate sectors, she has played a pivotal role in Guardian’s growth. Since joining in 2017, Mrs. Germain has more than tripled the company’s portfolio under management.

Mrs. Germain leads the acquisition of real estate investments, conducts financial analyses, and manages property closing transactions. Additionally, she oversees the comprehensive management of Guardian’s real estate portfolio, which includes budgeting, reporting, construction oversight, leasing, and property management.
